Join us for the first annual Indie Author Day. Connecting indie books, libraries, and readers! From 10 am to 2 pm, meet with local authors! At 11 am, a panel discussion of authors will be present from the local community. At 1 pm, a digital Q&A featuring writers, agents, and other industry leaders.

Featured writers during the panel discussion are Michael Griesbach, author of Indefensible: The Missing Truth about Steven Avery, Teresa Halbach, and Making a Murderer; Amanda Linsmeier, author of Ditch Flowers; Gavin Schmitt, author of Shallow Grave; and Danielle Owen, author of The Vanishing Kidnapper.

During Indie Author Day, libraries from all over will be hosting unique events centered around indie writing and publishing, including information on how to get your self-published ebook into the library catalog. At 1 pm, all participating libraries will come together for an hour-long digital Q&A featuring writers, agents, and other industry leaders. Writers will learn valuable information while meeting other members of their local literary community.
